- To book a place on a course please pay the course fee via PAYPAL. You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt as well as a PopUp-TV welcome pack.
- If you need to pay via a debit/credit card or prefer to pay in two instalments, please email and we will get back to you.
- Courses will always run at the times and location advertised. However, if a course has to be cancelled, we will inform you directly to arrange an alternative date.
- Directions, transport, parking, wardrobe plus call times and further details will be sent in a welcome pack within 48hrs of confirming. Please check your junk mail and inform us if you have not received confirmation.
- Showreels for the 1-Day Introduction to TV Presenting course are NOT included in the price – but can be purchased on the day for £55.00 (see Terms and Conditions)
- Showreels for all other courses ARE included in the price and will be sent as an HD Attachment to your email address within 28 days. (Though, it will usually be sooner depending on demand).
- Whilst PopUp-TV will endeavour to produce professionally edited showreels reflecting your work, you may wish to change the order of your presenting clips or drop a filmed clip from your showreel. Included in the price is ONE RE-EDIT of your showreel please let us know your requests within one week of receipt of your reel.
